Centered in the Historic district known as SoNo, this 240,000 SF mixed use construction contains 197 residential units, 25,000 SF of Class A Office Space, a Restaurant, and retail shopping space.

Split between two phases, the scope of construction on this project included over 100,000 SF of additions and 300,000 SF of renovations and a complex-wide tele/data upgrade including fiber optic backbone.

To accommodate their rapid growth in market share, ESPN continues to rapidly expand their facilities.  This fast-track, 90,000 SF expansion was completed in just under twelve weeks.

Completed in just under sixteen months, this addition / renovation project included over 100,000 SF of new construction and 50,000 SF of renovation including classrooms, a Broadway caliber theater, and a new science wing.

This 137,000 SF addition to their existing headquarters was a fast-track, new construction which included a 4,000A electrical service, lighting and power distribution, complete Tele/Data/Fiber, site lighting, and traffic signalization.
